I, Julio Monteiro (also known as Júlio Santos Monteiro), am currently working as a Software Architect at Euax, a Brazilian project management consultancy. I live in the city of Joinville, in the southern region of Brazil. Where am I now?

Talks

Most (all?) of the talks that I gave are in (Brazilian) Portuguese and, as you might see, are mainly about Ruby programming language and Ruby on Rails web development framework. All talk materials are licensed under Creative Commons Attribuition 2.5 Brazil, so feel free to copy, share and remix.

HoN Stats: A Ruby interface for the player statistics from Heroes of Newerth game.
Mail Queue: Rails plugin that adds mails to database for background mail sending.
rails-i18n: Locale data for Ruby on Rails I18n.
